Report from Ringstead
One just butt-squeaked over the power line and a couple had to land as the wind was quite Southerly.
However, it was an enjoyable day and Pilots were still flying as I left at 1830hrs.
A big Congrats to Curtis B son of Jamie for his ability to maintain on the ridge, well done.

Report from Ringstead
The wind played ball in the way of direction yet its strength required much lower launches except for the brave of heart.
Many made it past Lulworth with Seb & Marc reaching St Aldhelms Head via Jordan Hill in Weymouth I believe Angus & Sean & Elvijs also made Jordan Hill.
Marc Tony & Robin all had a minor blip which has happened to many and usually in the same places.
Interested in getting pins and showing exactly where.
It did moderate much later in the day .

Report from Bell Hill
Was the day over? No chance a short while later I ventured into the bowl with a few spots of rain, which I decided to fly off. Good consistent thermals soon joined by Seb, Tony & Alex, cruising up to 2500' with very little over the back fields to encourage. Most were still on the ground. Landed for a drink and a Belgian Bun and off we went again. Little more bumpy with some really dark clouds approaching, but plenty of lift a few over towards the aerials getting good height and I was watching Tony in front heading towards the darkest of clouds, Oh Well! Not for me I thought, this time the lower down was quite rough I could feel some spots of rain and landed only to be told Robin & Colin landed at Wareham, Brian near Bere Regis, Sean at Melcombe Bingham and Marc at Tolpuddle. So all in all a great day with no incidents.

Report from Ringstead
Lots of new faces, an Avon Posse and a big thanks to Sean Simmons (Avon & RAF) & our own Grant O For providing Tandem Flights gratis.
I counted 20 wings on the cliffs at one time. Spotted a BGD wing with a Pilot displaying a Red Ribbon, hoping he had the required hours? Some very selfish tourists, camping and parking on the meadow.
Congrats to new CP Vicky, coached on the ridge bt Sean Staines and to Kevin K on his new to him Gin Atlas.
A great day before the bad weather arrives.
